I need your help on a related problem of human trafficking. I am from Perú and here nobody can help me

In the first instance I denounced the police in my town about the case, I tried to send something viral but I had no effect, they deleted my complaint

My cause of struggle is to rescue women I met and give them a second chance of life  but far from where they are, their testimonies were heartbreakingc
That is why I decided to help them but looking for support from people, calling the number of help against human trafficking I did not get any sensible answer, they only told me that the complaint is accepted but we can not do anything, that the complaint is personal  

 I have to be a direct affected of that problem

One of them that I want to rescue 
her pseudonym is VIVI, the sixth daughter of a dysfunctional marriage at age 9 had to start work, her father a man proud and violent, he was only interested in himself while his family fell apart, beating his wife, his children, HIS DAUGHTER Vivi.
She preferred to depend on herself, so she would rather work and work until the day she met her first crush, was the first of the most tragic events that would follow her life. VIVI 15 years was taken to a "restaurant" to work as a waitress, but it was a house of sexual dates, she did not know that the man with whom she had been paired was a sexual exploiter, a people dealer. He had to work forced without money, and threatened in a remote place, without documents, or how to return home, his first client invited him a glass of beer followed by that she all fearful, tearful told her the truth of how she had come to that, with tears she asked him to rescue her.- The motorcyclist agreed to help her, he paid her for her work day and in an oversight in the early morning he took her away , leaving her at home. Never knew of him again

The person who had captured VIVI did not give up and tried to prostitute her again and this time the compliment would be her father, his father gave him ease to take her daughter in exchange for money and threats.
